Job description
Team teach Behavioural Specialist

Protocol Education require a person who is skilled/qualified with supporting individuals with very challenging behaviour across the whole of primary school.

The person must be able to handle challenging behaviour in a calm and structured manner and embed a rigorous timetable to engage and progress the child's attainment. The school will provide support and a detailed understanding of the child as well as appropriate resources to implement your plans to ensure learning is engaging and structured.

This role would be flexible either full time or part time to work around other commitments.


The ideal candidate will be:

•Team Teach Trained or equivalent
•Be a hard-working, outstanding role model
•Be able to work with children of all ages from 3- 11 years old
•Be able to inspire and motivate pupils and parents
•Have high expectations for learning attitudes and behaviour
•Be creative and enthusiastic
•Have a high standard of behaviour
•Have a structured and routine approach to day to day activities.
