Protocol Education are currently looking for Teachers and Teaching Assistants with a strong backgrounds in supporting individuals diagnosed with Autistic Spectrum Conditions for positions within specialist schools throughout West Yorkshire.

We supply staff to schools that provide structured and supportive environments to help meet the personal and academic needs of pupils at every stage of their schooling.  We are looking for enthusiastic, skilled individuals who have a good understanding of the needs of Autistic individuals and are dedicated to making a real difference to young people lives.

The schools we supply offer a broad, balanced and differentiated curriculum to boys and girls, aged 519 years who have a range of complex needs, including Social, Emotional and Mental Health. As such, our ideal candidate should be flexible, adaptable, a good communicator, have a cheerful disposition and respond calmly under pressure.

Every day brings a new challenge and the successful candidates will have a varied role. You will be able to demonstrate a practical, hands on approach to supporting teaching and be prepared to go above and beyond.
