Job description
Health Care Assistant:
Can you make a difference to childrens lives? Do you like helping others? Can you work night shifts?
An outstanding SEN school in the Sevenoaks area are looking for Health care assistants to support students with complex disabilities to engage with their normal day to day activities.This includes carrying out clinical interventions, recognising when a student becomes unwell and reporting to the registered nurses.There will also be an element of social care whereby you will be responsible for working alongside students in their bungalows.
Experience of complex physical and medical needs is desirable along with a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, however the right candidate without these qualifications will be considered.Training in all the relevant skills will be provided.
Shifts are organised on a rota weekly: 7.30pm-7.30am
