We have a role for potential candidates who have experience and a passion to work with students with special needs.
Protocol Education are working along side a SEND School based in Kent. The school caters too students who have social emotional mental health & autistic spectrum conditions. The required candidate will need at least a year working with Challenging behaviour and good behaviour management.
The ideal candidate:
§Behaviour management strategies
§Behaviour that challenges experience
§De-escalating training ideally MAPA or Team Teach
§ASC experience
§PECS or MAKATON
§Innovative
§Resilient
The School:
Key Stage 2-5 pupils attend.
