Due to COVID19 cases and a general lack of teachers, schools in Ealing are currently struggling to cope with their staffing needs. Protocol Education are looking to recruit all teachers of any age. If you are a retired teacher and you'd like to help make a real difference in the lives of these children, who have missed up to 2 full years of quality education, then please apply. Successful Candidate will:
•Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and all other equivalent qualifications.
•The ability to plan and deliver an excellent teaching plan following in line with the UK curriculum
•Experience with working with children in a range of different settings from one to one to small and large groups.
•Be able to travel in an area local to them to get to schools that are requiring the support.
Key Responsibilities:
•Working with children in all age ranges with a full understanding of what is needed to ensure the development of these students.
•Monitoring children's progress and altering the teaching plan if need be, so that it is tailored to the needs of the children.
•To attend personal development sessions, so that you are always refreshed and up to date on all current teaching methods and skills.
•Working in a team to ensure all areas are covered and that the school you're working in is running well.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
