Job description
Protocol Education are seeking passionate and qualified SEN teacher based in the Croydon area. An outstanding school where you will be in a small class 6-8 pupils. You will be working with students who all have challenging behaviour.

We are looking for qualified teachers looking for either PPA cover or a long term role in a SEN school. Experience in SEN is required for this role. This can be either in mainstream or a SEN setting

This school is open to newly graduated and overseas teachers, so this will be a fantastic opportunity for you.

There is plenty of parking at the school and around the local area. This school has fantastic ties within the local community and offer fantastic extra-curricular activities for the pupils to get involved in. As part of their team, you will be responsible for the progress and wellbeing of the pupils. The successful candidate will be a resilient, calm under pressure and committed.


Requirements
-Minimum 1 year of experience working with autism and challenging behaviour
-Be able to commit to 5 days a week term time only
-Have excellent communication skills
-Confident with the SEN code of practice
-Experience with both Science and PE subjects
-Have QTS
