Job description
Protocol Education are recruiting experienced support workers to work as learning support assistants, in one of our leading special needs schools in Sutton. The school is known for its exceeding success rate; for not only their pupils, but also their staff members.

We are a leading, nationwide school and teaching based recruitment agency, who can provide guaranteed local work to all successful candidates!

The role of a learning support assistant will involve you working closely with special needs pupils, on both a 1:1 and small group basis. You will be assisting them with their daily activities, tasks and challenges. You will be supporting them with their struggles and making them smile more, so it is so important for you to have a passion for special needs!

In return, you will receive a competitive pay package with regular salary increase opportunities after positive school feedback. You will have your very own Protocol personal consultant, who will assist you throughout your registration and placement process.

This is a fantastic opportunity if you are an aspiring teacher as you will be trained by SEN professionals on how to work with SEN in a school setting.

If you are interested, simply email your CV over to saniya.saleem@protocol-education.com, and I will be in contact!

This role isn't for you? Simply call Saniya Saleem on 0208 971 1284, to discuss other potential roles we have to offer.
