Job description
Protocol Education are currently recruiting experienced youth workers, to work in one of our leading Special Needs Schools, as a learning support assistant.

Are you currently working as a youth worker? Do you have support working experience? Do you have a passion for helping others better their lives?

The role will consist of you working closely with special needs pupils, both on a 1:1, and small-group basis. You will be assisting them with their daily challenges, activities, and any obstacles that they may be going through.

All successful candidates will be provided with their own personal consultant, who will guide them through the entire registration and placement process. You will also receive a competitive pay package, with regular salary increases, and guaranteed local work in your area.

Please note, the role will involve you working during term times, from 8am to 4pm, 5 days a week.
