Protocol Education are recruiting experienced support workers to work as learning support assistants, in one of our leading special needs schools in Surrey.

The school is known for its exceeding success rate; for not only their pupils, but also their staff members.

We are a leading, nationwide school and teaching based recruitment agency, who can provide guaranteed local work to all successful candidates!

The role of a learning support assistant will involve you working closely with special needs pupils, on both a 1:1 and small group basis.

You will be assisting them with their daily activities, tasks and challenges. You will be supporting them with their struggles and making them smile more, so it is so important for you to have a passion for special needs!
