Job description
Protocol Education are currently searching for experienced residential workers to work as a learning support assistant, in one of our highest rated special needs schools.

Are you currently working as a youth worker? Do you have a passion for helping others better their lives? Are you looking to get into the teaching field? If you answered yes to any of the above, this job is for you!

The school is based in the bustling area of Lewisham, at a 15-minute walk from the nearest train station, in the heart of Lewisham. It is known for it's exceeding success rate for both it's pupils and for its staff members.

This is a fantastic opportunity if you are currently working as a youth worker and want to get into the teaching field; this can kick-start your career!

The role will involve you working closely with special needs pupils; assisting them with their daily activities, troubles, and challenges. You will be supporting them on both a 1:1 and a small group basis. You will also receive direct training from experienced, professional SEN staff members; so that you can progress on the career ladder.
