Job description
Are you currently working as a care or support worker? Do you have a passion for bettering the lives of others? Are you looking to get into the teaching field?

Protocol Education are currently searching for an enthusiastic and passionate care worker to work as a learning support assistant in one of our leading schools based in Kingston Upon Thames.

The school is known for its outstanding performance and success rate for their previously employed, and current staff.

What experience must I have?
- We simply ask for a form of UK child-based or care-working experience. Any additional SEN experience is also appreciated. Most importantly, you must have a genuine interest in working with, and helping SEN individuals.

What will the role consist of?
-The role will involve you working closely with SEN pupils; both on a 1:1 and small-group basis.
-You will be working during school hours, at least 3 days a week, from 8:15am to 3:30pm.

What will I receive in return?
-You will receive a competitive pay package; with an increase in salary whenever we receive positive feedback from your work. You will also have a personal consultant, who will assist you through your whole registration and placement progress.
