Job description
We are currently looking for a bright Drama/Acting graduate who has a passion for helping young people. The role is based in a lovely school around the quiet Chessington area. Situated between both Chessington North and South stations. This is an excellent place to work, for someone who loves to help and create joy.

If you have a genuine interest in using your Drama degree and entering the teaching profession then this will be a perfect place to start your career.
As part of their team, you will be responsible for the progress and wellbeing of the pupil. You will be providing assistant for a student who have autism and SEMH (Social Emotional and Mental Health). The successful candidate will be a resilient, enthusiastic and committed teaching assistant.

The Role

-Flexible or long-term positions available.
-8:30am 3:30pm
-Based in Croydon

Requirements

-Be hard working
-Be willing to help and inspire
-Be enthusiastic
-Minimum 1 years of experience working with autism and challenging behaviour
-Have excellent communication skills
-Confident with the SEN code of practice
-Experience of supporting pupils of a Primary or Secondary age
