Job description
Are you currently working as a care or support worker? Do you have a passion for bettering the lives of others? Are you looking to get into the teaching field?

If you answered yes to any of the above, this one is for you!

Protocol Education are currently searching for an enthusiastic and passionate learning support assistant to work in one of our leading schools in Kingston.

The school is known for it's outstanding performance and succeed rate for it's previously employed, and current staff. It is based in the liveliest area of Kingston; at a 15-minute walk from Kingston over-ground station.

What experience must I have?
- We simply ask for a form of UK child-based or care-working experience. Any additional SEN experience is also appreciated. Most importantly, you must have a genuine interest in working with, and helping SEN individuals.

What will the role consist of?
-The role will involve you working closely with SEN pupils; both on a 1:1 and small-group basis. T
-You will be working during school hours, at least 3 days a week, from 8:15am to 3:30pm.

What will I receive in return?
-You will receive a competitive pay package; with an increase in salary whenever we receive positive feedback from your work. You will also have a personal consultant, who will assist you through your whole registration and placement progress.
