Level 3 CACHE Teaching Assistant – Early Years (Full-Time) | March 2026 Start
We are a warm, welcoming, and inclusive primary school in Ealing seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 CACHE-qualified Teaching Assistant to join our Early Years team full-time from March 2026.
About the Role:
As a key member of our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) staff, you will support the class teacher in creating a nurturing, stimulating environment where every child can thrive. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about early childhood education and eager to make a real difference in young learners’ lives.
We’re looking for someone who:
Holds a Level 3 CACHE qualification (or equivalent in Early Years education)
Has experience supporting children in Nursery or Reception
Demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork skills
Is committed, patient, and full of creative energy
Understands the EYFS framework and child development
