Job description
Business and Law Curriculum Manager

We are looking to recruit a Curriculum Manager for Business and Law to take a leading role in the academic management of the College and who, in collaboration with other academic managers and team members, will ensure the delivery of an effective appropriate programme of study that contributes to an outstanding learning environment.

The College we are working with specialise in A-level and GCSE tuition for those intending to go on to higher education at a high-ranking UK university. There is a well-established Sixth Form for students taking A-levels for the first time. The College also has many years' experience of running retake courses. Tuition is delivered through a combination of small group and one-to-one teaching, with the College also providing a high level of pastoral care.

Applications are sought from experienced and suitably qualified teachers, who have a track record of outstanding teaching and who can demonstrate the ability to lead and inspire others.

We believe this represents an excellent opportunity for someone committed to providing an outstanding education for young people in a supportive and dynamic teaching environment.

Please note: We undertake safeguarding checks on all our workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance 'Keeping Children Safe in Education'. As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00.
