Job description
My client, an Outstanding school in the north Leicestershire area, are urgently seeking a qualified teacher of IT and Business studies to teach across key stages 3 and 4.

You will ideally be a knowledge and passionate individual who is looking to join a well established but growing department in one of Leicestershire's top secondary academies. The school are seeking someone with experience in teaching business studies and IT across key stages 3 and 4 - any experience in teaching key stage 5 would be desirable but it is not essential in order to be successful. NQT's are encouraged to apply for this role.

The school is a large 11-16 mainstream school based in north Leicestershire, and pride themselves on the welcoming environment that they offer to both the students and staff alike. Students are generally well behaved and the school has a strong behaviour and reward policy. They are based in a very affluent area of Leicestershire and the majority of the students are high achieving and focussed individuals who value their education and take great pride in their school.

To be successful for this role you must have:

•QTS and eligibility to work within the UK.

•Extensive subject knowledge.

•Strong interpersonal skills.

•Sound behaviour management.

•The passion and drive to help the school and its students at a pivotal time
