Early Years Practitioner 37 hours per week
A dedicated, welcoming and fun team is certainly one to be thinking of joining, a humble setting that does resemble that home from home environment
My client: is looking for a full time (37 hours per week) Qualified Practitioner to work within their setting;
They are looking for practitioners who;
(SEN Experiance would be desirable)
• Have energy and passion for young children and their families with a commitment to working with them to improve better outcomes for children and families
• Are always ready for a challenge, happy to come across obstacles and use their own initiative to overcome them
• Ability to build respectful relationships with children, families the team and community, doing this through interpersonal skills
• Customise play, incorporate in children's imagination being adaptable to different levels of play, whether this being a pirate in a pool of water / a badger running through the sand. You must be able to adapt your level of play to be involved with the children's own idea of FUN!
• Take responsibility
• Take ownership
• BE PASSIONATE
Qualified Practitioners must have:
• Level 3 Qualification (NNEB, CACHE or NVQ).
• Experience working or in placement with children, ideally in an Early Years setting (Nursery, Pre-School, Children's Centre, Reception class)
