We’re working with a friendly, mainstream secondary school in Birmingham that’s looking for a Biology Teacher to join them ASAP. This is a full-time, long-term role, ideal if you’re after something stable where you can build relationships and really settle in.

What you’ll be doing:

• Teaching Biology across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 available if that’s your thing)

• Delivering engaging lessons that make complex topics easy to grasp

• Encouraging curiosity, discussion, and confidence in the classroom

• Creating a positive, structured learning environment

• Marking and assessment in line with school expectations

What we’re looking for:

• UK QTS or equivalent

• Experience teaching Biology in a secondary setting

• Strong classroom presence and behaviour management

• Someone who can hit the ground running and build rapport quickly

• A teacher who can turn cells, systems, and ecosystems into something students actually enjoy
