Job description
Behavioural Support Assistant

Do you like to make a difference? Do you like a challenge? Can you inspire young people? Then this job role is for you!

An outstanding school in the Sevenoaks area is looking for Behavioural support workers. The school helps pupils with social and emotional needs that cannot access mainstream school provision. The pupils follow a modified curriculum and have specially designed IEP's to ensure they can achieve to the best of their potential. Staff work hard to create an excellent and fun learning environment and build strong relationships with pupils to help improve behaviour in and out of the classroom.

The school has excellent resources and CPD opportunities for staff. Behavioural support assistants help teachers with classroom management and work with pupils to ensure progress is made with their studies.
