Job description
Behaviour support workers are required for a number of services across the Tees valley area. The roles including working in one 2 one and small group settings and working with the class teacher to ensure the pupils remain engaged in the lesson and are on track with their learning.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has a flexible attitude and is resilient to engage with students from different social and economic backgrounds. A background as a youth worker or sports coach and experience of working with young people is a huge advantage.

The role is 5 days per week and long term.

Ideal Attributes:

• Experience of working with Children
• Passion for working with disengaged students
• Background of sports coach, youth work or working with SENd students
