Behavioural Support Worker (Year 2)

Start Date: 22nd February 2021

My client is a 2 form entry Primary School based in the Tooting area. They are currently looking for a support assistant to join them and work on a 1 to 1 basis with a boy in Year 2 who has Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH). The boy needs someone who is patient and nurturing, we are specifically looking for someone who can help him feel comfortable at school and be supportive of his needs. This role would be to start in January 2021 for at least 2 terms.


Requirements for this role;

Ideally have experience of working with children who have special educational needs within a Primary School setting.

A highly motivated and enthusiastic personality with a willingness to learn and develop yourself further.

Looking for a future within the education sector

Full and Clear DBS which we can check on the update service.

Previous experience working with challenging children would be ideal.
