Job description
Protocol Education are looking to recruit teaching assistant to work within Pupil Referral Units on a day to day and long term basis.

The units consist of students with emotional and behavioural difficulties and have been excluded from a mainstream setting. As we work along a number of PRU's and EBD schools we deal with all Key Stages from primary to .

This is a flexible role and you may be asked to support students on a one to one basis with curriculum support, anger management sessions and supporting small groups with class based activities.

The successful candidates will:
-Have experience with SEMH and EBD
-Enthusiastic, hardworking and dedicated to putting students first
-A team player who can use their initiative and take direction and guidance where needed
- Strong classroom management
-knowledge of working with pupils on SEND register
- Any Team-Teach training would be beneficial.

All staff will be subject to our stringent vetting procedures, which include an enhanced DBS, full work history, references and a face-to-face interview.
