Job description
Let this term be the time you do something different, something worthwhile and something that really makes a difference.

Have you worked with SEND? With Youth Offenders? Been a Sports Coach?
Have you worked in a Prison or with Mental Health?

All of these vocations set you up perfectly for supporting student behaviour and learning inside and outside of the classroom.

As a Behavioural Support Assistant, you will support teachers in class to help all pupils cope with school work and with other aspects of school life.

Your main aim is to develop pupils' potential, so that they do as well as possible in school, and to increase their confidence and self-esteem.

You will do this by becoming a positive influence, resilient and confident and thinking quickly to overcome and adapt to different situations.

Does this sound like something you can see yourself doing? Utilising your existing skills to inspire students to succeed despite their barriers to learning?

Yes? Great! Send your CV across to Kellie now and we can further your career in Education!
