Behaviour Support Workers are urgently required in our client secondary school in LS15. The role is aimed at those who want to work in a challenging setting and make a difference to the education of children and teenagers ages 11 to 16, within their SEN provision.


The role is ideally suited for those pursing a career in pastoral care, counselling, or SEND teaching. You will need to be resilient and patient when handling challenging scenarios. Students from all different backgrounds and abilities will need support throughout their day, so you will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills.


The role is long-term starting in September 2022, with the potential to go permanent after a term if you are a good match for the role.


If you have an Enhanced DBS on the update service we can get you work immedately, or you must be willing to purchase one.
