Job description
I am looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant who specialises in behaviour support on behalf of a primary school in South Sheffield.

The successful candidate will be working on a 1:1 basis with Autistic pupils in KS1. The school are looking to recruit an experienced TA who is available to start asap and who is available 5 days per week at least until Christmas.

The successful candidate must have experience of working with challenging pupils with behavioural/or social and emotional difficulties in a school setting, lots of enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, good literacy/numeracy skills and the ability to build supportive relationships with pupils, staff, parents/carers and other agencies.

Team Teach would be advantageous but not essential.

You will need to have a DBS on the online update service or willing to apply for a new one and be able to supply reference to cover the past 3 years including your most recent employer and an education based reference.
