Protocol Education are working with exceptional SEN school with an excellent reputation. They are now seeking for a successful SEN Teacher Assistant year 1 based in Brent and will be working with children provide Behaviour Support Teacher Assistant.

Details:

  • Start Date - September 2022
  • Location – Cricklewood - Brent
  • Daily Rate - £75 - £90
  • Position – Teacher Assistant Behaviour Support 
  • Contract Type - Temporary (with possible permanent opportunities)
  • Hours - 8.30-3.30pm (Term Time only) Monday – Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to plan & teach lessons for SEN students
  • You will be supporting children with a range of Special Needs
  • Promote good progress and outcomes by pupils
  • Creating a safe environment that allows the children to have fun, learn and succeed
  • Adapt teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of all pupils
  • Assisting the teacher

Requirements:

  • Degree in education or teaching assistant qualification
  • Experience of working with SEN children
  • Strong understanding of KS1 year 1 & 2
  • Experienced in working in a classroom and engaging lessons, tailored to the needs of every child

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
