Specialist 1:1 Support Newham
Do you have experience supporting children on a 1:1 basis?
Are you looking for a new role in a Primary School in January?
Protocol Education are currently working with a Good' Primary School in Newham who require enthusiastic and passionate support workers to join their team.
Your role will focus on working with a number of children on a 1:1 basis throughout the day to support the development both academically and socially.
The children you will be working with have a range of SEND needs ranging from Autism, ADHD and SEMH.
The successful candidate will have a calm nature and be able to handle challenging behaviour effectively and quickly. If you currently hold a Team Teach certificate this would be highly beneficial.
You will be a natural rapport builder who can quickly build a strong relationship with your students and staff alike.
Due to the nature of this job, you will need to be a highly committed and reliable individual who supports your students all year round.
You will be joining a team of welcoming and supportive staff and can expect the SLT to take a genuine interest in your progress.
