Job description
Protocol Education are working on behalf of a small, primary school in South Manchester, who are seeking a behaviour specialist TA to work on a 1:1 basis with a student in Lower Key Stage 2.

This position is full time, 5 days a week during school hours. The role will be an immediate start, working 1:1 both in and out of the classroom.

The ideal candidate would need to:
- have strong behaviour management skills
- have experience working with pupils with ADHD and SEMH
- have pro active attitude and the ability to de escalate situations prior to crisis
- commit fully to the role until July 2018 with the view of it potentially extending into the new academic year
