Our partnered school is looking to build an inclusive Behaviour Support Team from September 2020.

My school is looking for well qualified and driven Behaviour Support Specialists with a 2:1 or above that want to deliver in an extremely engaging setting. This Behaviour Support Officer position is perfect for you to continue or take your first steps towards a career in education. The Behaviour Support Officer role is an exciting and dynamic one that requires individuals to think on their feet and deliver results, whilst benefiting from exceptional development programmes. The Behaviour Team at the school plays a huge part in the students' success and your efforts in this role enhances their development immensely. This role will provide support for students who are struggling to fully engage in education. You will support students on issues including behaviour, engagement and attendance. The ability to communicate effectively with students, staff and parents is imperative in ensuring that effective pastoral support is provided for all pupils. Previous experience working with young people facing barriers to learning will be advantageous for the role.

Young Persons Support Worker

Are you looking for a full time contract in the Nottingham area working with young people with additional needs & behaviours?
- Do you have experience and training working within Residential Childcare?

We are looking for an outstanding Support/ Senior Support Worker to work with young people aged generally between 11-17 who have learning disabilities, challenging behaviours.

Your contract will last 6-8 weeks initially and will be based on 40 hours per week.
Whilst working on a temporary basis, we are able to offer £9.00-£10.50 per hour along with pension scheme, Weekly pay, 121 consultant.

The ideal candidate will have:

- A portable online DBS
- A drivers license or live locally to Nottingham
- 1 Year+ Experience within Residential Childcare/ PRU/ AP


- As long as you have the experience or similar experience- The above can be flexible: if you do not have a DBS but are willing to purchase one for example, we can provide these at £40 for you- currently being returned within a week on average.
