Behaviour Support Mentor – Bedlington (Full-Time)

Protocol Education is recruiting a full-time Behaviour Support Mentor to join a specialist SEND and SEMH setting in Bedlington. You'll support pupils who may experience challenges with behaviour, emotional regulation or engagement in education. Through patience, consistency and positive relationships, you'll help young people feel understood, develop confidence and make progress both in and beyond the classroom.

  • Building positive and trusting relationships with pupils

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
