We’re recruiting a Behaviour Support Learning Assistant for a Gateshead school supporting pupils with additional behavioural needs.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting positive behaviour strategies

• Assisting with small group intervention work

• Helping pupils reflect on choices and routines

• Supervising transitions and break times

• Working closely with pastoral and safeguarding teams

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
