Protocol Education are looking for Behaviour specialist Teaching Assistants preferably with Team teach who can commit to short and long term assignments with schools in Sheffield and Derbyshire.
Working for this Small PRU you will be supporting pupils across the school KS3- KS4 with the full curriculum including Maths, English, PE and Science as well as vocational subjects.

The school requires a Teaching Assistant who has experience working with challenging behaviour and young people who are disengaged from learning. You will need to manage behaviours effectively and follow codes of conduct. A Team Teach qualification or similar is required for this role as there will be the occasion where you will be required to de-escalate a situation.
In addition to the above the candidate will have;
Good understanding of literacy and numeracy
Experience in a PRU or similar or experience of EBD
References to cover 2 years of previous employment
An enhanced DBS Check (or be willing to have a new one processed through Protocol)
Legal right to work in the UK
