Job description
Protocol Education are currently working with a Special Needs school based in Barnet who are looking for an LSA specialising in EBD/SEMH. The position will be based within the Key Stage 3 & 4 section of the unit in a small class supporting students with Social, Emotional & Mental Health problems.

My client is looking for an LSA with a strong personality and confident to deal with students who have suffered from mental health trauma, have severe Autism and can provide a consistent approach to working with their students.

If you're someone who can take an objective approach to dealing with challenging behaviour, exercise patience and has experience with dealing with challenging behaviour then this role will be ideal for you.

There are long term opportunities with my client This is a fantastic school with up to date facilities,

·EBD/SEMH: 1-year experience
·SEN: 1 year experience
·ASD experience
·Personal care experience (not essential)
·Provide Academic support


To be eligible to apply for this position, you must have experience working with children with behavioural, emotional and social difficulties. You will be available to start ASAP and be able to work full school hours 5 days per week
