Job description
Protocol Education are currently looking for a Behaviour Support Specialist to work with in one of our client schools in Weston Super Mare. We have been approached by this school who require someone to start almost immediate on an on-going full time bases. They may also have a position to start in term 4 on a part time basis if this is of interest. The successful Teaching Assistant will be working one-to-one with a Child to discover new ways of learning in their KS2 department.

The North Somerset Primary School is fully committed to the development of the successful Teaching Assistant and full support will be given.

In order to apply for this role you must have the following:

•Knowledge/experience of working with challenging behaviour
• 2 professional references from within the last 3 years
•UK eligibility to work
•Strong classroom management skills
