Job description
Protocol Education are currently working with a Special Needs school based in Loughborough who are looking for an LSA specialising in Challenging Behaviour/Autism. The position will be based within the Primary Education unit in a small class supporting students with Emotional & Behavioural Disorders and Social, Emotional & Mental Health problems.

My client is looking for an LSA with a strong personality and confidence to work with students aged 4-11. You will be working on a 1:1 basis with the students.

If you're someone who can take an objective approach to dealing with challenging behaviour, exercise patience and has experience with dealing with challenging behaviours then this role will be ideal for you.

Previous experience in school or worked with challenging behaviours before then that will be beneficial in this role.

There are long term opportunities with my client and this is a fantastic school with up to date facilities,

·EBD/SEMH experience
·ASD experience
·Personal care experience (not essential)


To be eligible to apply for this position, you must have experience working with children with behavioural, emotional and social difficulties. You will be available to start ASAP and be able to work full school hours 5 days per week

Successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory references, as well as possessing an up to date DBS or be willing to apply for one through Protocol Education
