Job description
Protocol Education are recruiting behaviour specialists to work in our SEND schools in Hillingdon, Hounslow and Berkshire. This is a role ideal for candidates who have had previous experience and want to advance in their careers or want a slight change in direction and want a challenge. The opportunity allows preparation for a career in education or for support staff who wish to develop their classroom skills. The role is for both Classroom Support and Teachers.

Challenging behaviour can be a common thing to see in SEND, the behaviour can be as a result from different needs therefore the candidate must be adaptable, resilient and keen to learn. Candidates will preferably have experience working with SEN, challenging behaviour or training. Work will be during school hours and will consist of both 1:1 and group support sessions. This represents a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in education.
