Job description
Have you got experience with challenging behaviours? Experience working with children from difficult backgrounds? Want to make a positive difference to a child's wellbeing and development?

A SEMH school in the Bromley area are looking for a behavioural support assistant to work 1:1 with Pupils. The children they are looking to support are those with social, emotional and mental health issues (SEMH). A lot of these students have a challenging background and are in need of some significant support to help grow their self esteem and confidence in school.

The school prides itself on creating a nurturing and stimulating environment. They are looking for someone to be committed and enthusiastic in order to establish positive relationships with students and offer support to regulate their feelings. It is incredibly key to maintain high expectations of students to access their learning and ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.

Experience with SEMH is an advantage, however somebody with empathy, determination and humour could excel in the support role. If you're interested please respond to this advert directly
