Job description
A vibrant and diverse community Primary school in the London borough of Ealing, is looking for someone to join their team to work on a one to one basis with a child who has additional needs.

Experience of working with children with SEND either ASD or SEMH would be a distinct advantage as would TEAM TEACH.
You will be supporting the child both with learning and behaviour, therefore it's essential that you have a passion for working with children and the ability to build positive relationships.

You will be expected to encourage and support the child to make the right choices throughout the day, to raise attainment and to help the Teacher to create a calm and nurturing environment to learn so that every child can fulfil their potential.

The school benefits from excellent resources, and experienced and welcoming staff and an environment where children are challenged and motivated.

The ideal candidate will have energy and be a proactive person willing to adapt and evolve with the role.
Graduates and those with a sports background will be considered for the role along with those who have the proven experience for the role.

If this sounds like something you would be interested in then please do get in touch as the role is for an immediate start, pending an initial trial and interview with the school.
