Protocol Education are seeking Behaviour Support Assistants to work within alternative provisions and specialist schools across Bristol.

The Role

 Supporting pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs

 Helping students engage with learning

 Providing mentoring and emotional support

 Promoting positive behaviour strategies

We Are Looking For

 Experience in youth work, sports coaching, mentoring or education

 Strong communication skills

 Ability to remain calm under pressure

 Genuine passion for supporting young people

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
