Protocol Education is recruiting Behaviour Support Assistant to start ASAP within our booking schools in Swindon and Wiltshire.

• We are looking for a committed and friendly individual to join our team of Behaviour Support Assistants who will be responsible for supervising pupils (often during lunchtime) and help them prepare for an afternoon full of learning and enjoyment.
• The role will involve managing behaviour constructively, promoting self-control and independence for all our children in the dining hall, nursery and on the playground and to ensure the well-being, positive behaviour and personal development of all pupils.
• The successful applicant will be highly motivated, enthusiastic and able to demonstrate the following qualities required to be effective in this important role; friendly; fair; flexible, fun, proactive; confident; calm and positive.

Candidates must enjoy working with children, be able to use their initiative and be willing to implement the school's behaviour policy, where appropriate.
