Schools are looking for Behavioural Support Assistants to work 1:1 with pupils who need help managing emotions, behaviour, and relationships.

You’ll be helping with:

• Emotional regulation and coping strategies
• Behaviour support across the school day
• Building positive, trusting relationships

We’re after someone who:

• Is calm, empathetic, and consistent
• Can keep boundaries clear and fair
• Wants to make a real impact

We’ll support you with:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
