Behaviour Support Learning Assistant – PRU School

Protocol Education are seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to work within a PRU setting supporting pupils with SEMH needs.

This is a fast-paced and sometimes challenging role, but one where you will see real impact in pupils’ lives.

What you’ll be doing each day:

• Supporting behaviour management strategies
• Working with pupils who need additional guidance
• Encouraging positive routines and engagement
• Supporting teachers in delivering structured lessons
• Helping pupils develop coping strategies

• Strong resilience and emotional intelligence
• Confident managing challenging behaviour
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Driving is beneficial due to school location

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
