Protocol Education is a leading education recruitment company; we help teachers and support assistants find work with a range of secondary and SEND schools and are hiring Behaviour Support and SEMH Teaching Assistants.
We are inviting candidates interested in working in Secondary and SEND schools to a Virtual open day on 24/11/2020 to discover more about the role.

Successful candidates will be responsible for supporting children on a 1:1 and small group basis; you may be required to run intervention activities and report to staff members on pupils ongoing needs and progress both academically and socially. You will also be managing challenging behaviour in the classroom.

• Experience of working with challenging behavioural issues.
• Must be able to support whilst maintaining authority in your role.
