Behaviour Specialist / SEMH Learning Support Assistant

Protocol Education are currently working with a school based in Nottingham who are looking for a LSA specialising in EBD/SEMH. The position will be supporting students in KS3 and KS4 who have social, emotional and mental health needs.

The school is looking for an LSA with a strong personality and confidence to deal with students who express challenging behaviour.

If you're someone who can take a positive approach to dealing with challenging behaviour, exercise patience and has experience with dealing with challenging behaviour then this role will be ideal for you.

·EBD/SEMH: 1 year experience
·SEND: 1 year experience
·ASD experience
·Personal care experience (not essential)


To be eligible to apply for this position, you must have experience working with children with behavioural, emotional and social difficulties. You will be available to start ASAP and be able to work full school hours 5 days per week.
