Job description
Protocol Education are working with an exceptional inner-city academy based in Westminster. We are looking for an experienced Behavioural Specialist to provide 1:1 Support for two children in years' 1 and 2, both with challenging cases of Austism. The school has an ASD Unit, however the two cases are not within the unit, so this position will be in a more mainstream setting. This position is for the full academic year.

The school prides itself on it's high standards for behaviour and creating an inclusive and socially stimulating environment for its students, who bring a diverse range of linguistic, cultural and social backgrounds to the school.

To be considered for the position of SEND Teaching Assistant you must:
•Have experience supporting children in primary education
•Hold a Level 2 or 3 qualification in a relevant childcare course
•Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of Primary School Staff
•Have experience in working with children with a variety of Special Educational Needs, particularly ASD
