•Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of Primary School Staff
•Have experience in working with children with a variety of Special Educational Needs, particularly ASD

Being a supply teacher or support worker for Protocol can give you stable or flexible work depending on your circumstances amongst other great benefits:
•Weekly Pay in-line with teachers pay scales or above national Living wage for support staff
•Access to specialist support from your consultants, many of whom are ex teachers or support staff themselves
•Payment into the auto enrolment scheme towards your pension
•Access to excellent CPD courses such as Team Teach, PREVENT, Safeguarding, Behaviour management, ASD Level 1 and many more!
•Optional teacher events where you can mix and mingle with other supply teachers
•Access to nationwide positions if you are looking to re-locate or try a new area

Please note: We undertake safeguarding checks on all our workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance 'Keeping Children Safe in Education'.
