Whatever the motivation, if you have the ability to inspire others and are passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of children, we would love to hear from you today!
I am currently looking for Graduate Behaviour Mentors to work with schools in North Leeds and the surrounding areas. You must be educated to GCSE level and have a patient personality, a positive outlook and a desire to give children the best possible start to their careers in education.
Do you have a degree and experience in any of the following?
* Youth Work
* Sports Coaching
* Ex-Army
* Music Production
* The Arts
* Challenging behaviour
* Youth offending

A Behaviour Mentor is a tailored intervention role that benefits the mainstream schools we work with. It has been designed to help pupils with behavioural problems to reach their full potential. As a behaviour mentor, your role will be helping challenging students overcome their behavioural issues, whilst acting as a role model and someone to look up to. Should you have the ability to think on your feet and stay calm whilst dealing with challenging situations, you would be very well suited to this role!
A Behaviour Mentor works on a full-time basis supporting student behaviour and learning inside and outside of the class. This is primarily a class-based position however it is very likely you will also deliver 1:1 intervention sessions at some stage in order to maintain the progress of student behaviour and learning.

If this sounds like a role you would be interested in please call 0113 246 8220 or email georgia.tams@protocol-education.com. I would look forward to speaking with you.
