Behaviour Mentors - Leeds

Protocol Education are currently recruiting for two Behaviour Mentors in the Leeds area for a mainstream primary school. You must be resilient, confident and enjoy working with children who have challenging behaviour. You must be able to inspire students to succeed despite their barriers to learning. You must have a patient and positive outlook and the willingness to adapt to different situations. Opportunities within KS1 and KS2 are available.

Behaviour Mentor Role:

The role of a Behaviour Mentor is to remove the barriers impacting a young person's ability to access the curriculum, engage in learning and enable them to reach their full potential. When schools re-open Behaviour Support will play a key role in re-engaging pupils with eduction.
