Should you have the ability to think on your feet and stay calm whilst dealing with challenging situations, you would be very well suited to this role!

A Behaviour Mentor works on a full-time basis supporting student behaviour and learning inside and outside of the class. This is primarily a class-based position however it is very likely you will also deliver 1:1 intervention sessions at some stage in order to maintain the progress of student behaviour and learning.
