Protocol Education are recruiting for a passionate, confident and patient individual to work in a school in Southwark. The school believes once you show students they matter, they to believe it and value themselves more highly. The classrooms consist of small numbers of pupils. You will be required to work from 8:30 - 16:00.
The successful candidate will need to have a positive outlook and be supportive during lessons and help to deliver 1:1 intervention, as well as small group sessions. Your role will be helping challenging students overcome their behavioural issues, but most importantly you'll need to act as a role model and someone to look up to. Should you have the ability to think on your feet and stay calm whilst dealing with challenging situations, you would be very well suited to this role!
