Protocol Education is recruiting for Behaviour Mentors and Behavioural specialists to work in Sunderland and South Tyneside - specifically Washington, Hebburn and Sunderland city centre. Roles available will be full time (term time only), to start immediately until the end of the academic year.

A behaviour mentor is a tailored intervention role. The purpose of the role is to work with mainstream pupils who may at times, display behaviours of concern. As a behaviour mentor you will challenge students to overcome their behavioural issues, while acting as a role model and someone to look up to. You should be dynamic, with ability to think on your feet.

Candidates with a background in policing, youth work or graduates who want to pursue a career in teaching are encouraged to apply.
